After receiving the product and inspecting it to ensure it meets the required conditions, it will either be exchanged for a new product or the product value will be refunded using the original payment method, according to the customer's request.
The company will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if the error was on our side or if the product arrived damaged. If the customer wishes to return the product for reasons unrelated to a defect or error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
